Micheal was a superstar! We booked last minute and for the wrong day yet he managed to resolve without fuss! The hostel showed true hostel spirit which was ideal! It is within the old town which is very busy but the room was lovely! The facilities were perfect for our needs and the whole place was very clean! The only downside was we couldnt add extra days to our booking because they were fully booked!
